Free Cubase LE and Wavelab LE with german KEYS magazine

Though the magazine might not be that interesting, the free Cubase 6 LE and in an older volume the free Wavelab 7 LE ARE!!!

issues can be ordered online http://www.ppvmedien.de
I've ordered mine today, 35,00 euro incl.. shipping for Cubase and Wavelab LE is not a bad deal ideal for on the laptop as you don't need an eLicenser key

Have you checked to see if you can upgrade Wavelab 7LE to the full version?

don't think so, but you can upgrade to WL elements for 40 euro or so, elements should be sufficient for most work. jsut like oyu can upgrade cubase LE to Elements for 36,00 and then you have GA1 and 2 more synths in there

That's not much of a deal. By the time you pay 35 euros for the mag and another 40 euros for the upgrade, you've paid about $98 (i.e., the same price as just buying WE7 outright).

Yes true, but LE might suffice for wavelab? it depends on usage i guess

i'm quite happy with WL LE for 9,00 as 2nd install on my laptop
It's the shipping that makes it a bit more epxensive, but i guess you can also pick it up in a KIOSK or bookstore?

I've never used the LE version, so I can't comment, but for that price I'm sure it's worth (even better if you could find it locally). I used to have the full version of Wavelab years ago, but sold it and bought Sony Sound Forge. Since it appears that SF is never going to go 64-bit, I've been keeping an eye out for a good deal on Wavelab 7.
