Was planning on finishing this one, until I lost the project file.. I've been sitting on this for a month or so, I just don't see myself reworking it. The bassline took forever, I love the way it sounds and I seriously don't want to try to redo it.
Figure for all the work I put into this, I might as well share it -- who knows, maybe I'll rework it if you guys like it enough.
Cheers.

Nice opening and buildup, but I am not a fan at all of that kind of breakdown. I was expecting a sweet synth and I got The Last Samurai or something instead. Just a taste thing I guess.

Mate that breakdown is to die for i really love those tribal type wardrums, andy blueman inc!. And not to mention that flute sound is amazing as is the whole progression of the synth melody i really wanna hear the drop and main part now!

Oh yeah I completely agree, to be honest I forgot this version of the track even had a breakdown. It really was more of an afterthought than anything, had I finished the track it wouldn't sound anything like that.

I say definitely do it! Got to say I love the drums too, something I'm steering towards too. The break sounds really promising.
PS lower those highs, they are killing me.

All I can say to is that I highly recommend that you try to remake that bassline. It sounds great aside from a bit too much volume in the high end.
