Or right click at the video and select the 4th option, think it should say something like "copy embed code". Right clicking at vids above it's the 3th option below "Video URL copy". My language is set to Dutch so that won't help you.
With using "Share" at Youtube I can't see Embed code any more for some reason, just a link, that why I now use the above.

i don't know why they change the structure so often, upgrades... fine but changing thing's place and the way things are done sucks
