I can only guess at how old this song is. Funny enough when I was younger and first was getting into electronic music my mom put this song on a cd for me. This song has been one of my all time favorites for around 5 years at this point. I do know she had this song on a cd for at minimum a year prior.

I would say this song ranges from 2000-2005 but that is merely a guess. If anybody can help..maybe even narrow down to possible artists, let me know please! You will make my life complete
