pre-emptive cheating
this is something that's been consuming me lately and your thoughts on the matter are appreciated.
so.
has anyone here ever pondered cheating pre-emptively on someone they've just started seeing? you know, because a) you don't know if it's gonna last or how long, and b) you don't know if she's dating other guys or is being exclusive, yet you're too afraid to ask lest you betray your insecurities.
my thoughts -
if she's even halfway decent looking, it's just a matter of time before she takes a fancy to one of the gazillion guys that hits on her everyday, so it almost seems prudent to cheat on her the first chance you get. that way when the inevitable comes around, you won't feel like such a chump.
now before you claim that it's debatable in the first place whether any cheating will have occurred considering no serious discussion has been had on the matter of exlusivity (being so early and all in the "relationship"), let's extend the hypothetical a bit to the case where you've just gotten serious, ie, "legit". still, she's a cute chic livin in a big city and you're just some guy, one of however many that would give his left nut to have her fuck him on a whim. which is why i still think that pre-emptive cheating is the way to go, for the person with lesser firepower in such an arrangement.
