I have two anuses from seating down so long

I went to the doctor and he told me the news I feared. I have two buttholes. One above the other. Its why I have to wipe so much. I don't know if I should get it operated or not. What would you do?

I had that 8 years back. Having to sleep on your stomach for 2 and a half weeks after the surgery was a real pain but I enjoyed the steady stream of Vics for the next couple of months.
