There is very little (if any) true hardstyle in toronto. The only place I could think you might find some would be at Nightmare's weekly friday night event at Audiowerks lounge. I know it's harder-edged techno, trance and house, but as for hardstyle specifically, I don't know for sure.
S4 spins hardtrance and nu-nrg with the occasional hardstyle track thrown in, but tends to stick to UK styles. However he is becoming more interested in german style stuff as well...

im sure you guys have heard it before if you go to clubs and parties alot, even in to. its just basically slowed down hardcore. plus it has a more techno feel, like instead of the kick+snare or kick+clap in hardcore, it has a really hard pounding bass drum.
