New late-comer for track of the year 2012: Artefakt - Mirror Society
This is certainly top 5 for me in 2012. Same legitness as the Voices From The Lake album. The deep darkness. The subtle introduction of each element into the mix. The techy percussion. The melodic breakdown, and then relapse into the depths. That bassline when it first gets introduced makes my feet levitate about an inch off the floor and when I start dancing to it just comes to me with no thought, its completely instinctive.
Btw, my system for deciding how a good a track is, is basically to gauge how excited I get upon repeated listens of said piece of music. I've been on this record for 24 hours now mixing it in and out of things. It's the shit trust me.

Levels is...decent...damn better than a lot of the shite dominating the charts at the moment. It sounds absolutely nothing like...a billion and one similar tracks in this big-room style. I always had a soft spot.
