Does anybody know who some of the biggest names in house are these days? I'm starting to feel the need to diversify my CD collection. Just wanted to get some ideas about the names I should look out for. Any names would be welcomed.

You should check out Olav Basoski for instance. He hasn't released a compilation album lately, however. Check for this the latest cd from Eric E called Solos Session 1. This containes some nice underground house. Other major House DJ are Roger Sanches(!) and Harry 'Choo Choo' Romero. These last 2 are somewhat the biggest names in house lately. All American.
grtz,

Try and find something by Danny Rampling too.. he rocked at Impulz Outdoor.
The Underwater compilation is great too (especially CD1, with Vitamin D - That Latin track.. great!), check it out. It's more tech-house than house, though.
Also, try and find Terry's Cafe vol. 5 (by Terry Lee Brown jr.), or Soma Anthology.. Both good mixed house CD's.
get some stuff by hed kandi, they have some good cd's make sure you listen to them before buying though, don't know what kind of house you are into...

early Sasha & Digweed? I'd say their recent style is more housey than it was back in the day. But maybe I'm wrong...

Try Roger Sanchez, Armand Van Helden, Deep Dish, and of course, Danny Tenaglia.
