Yes, i've heard of it. I heard someone talking about it the other day and i couldn't believe it, but there was few people who backed him up.

Most "Herbal E" contains Ephedrine. A substance known to cause more deaths each year then the actual drug Ecstacy. Read on..

It is a speedy drug, kind of like caffine. It works like sudaphed where your nasal passages and sinuses get opened up and allows you to breathe very well. This in it self gives you a sense of energy and alertness and is very similar feeling to the "clean Vicks" feeling you have breathing while on E. BUT IT IS NOT ECSTACY. It also speeds up your heart rate and causes you to have A LOT of energy. Although it has more deaths attributed to it then E it can actually be safer for those people that are in good health. Here are the reasons why:

1. Since it is legal, it is regulated and you don't have to worry about the contents of each pill (it says on the package)
2. It doesn't Fuck with your head. You can dance for a long time on it, but you wont be hugging your friends and thus there is no depression or other seritonin problems to worry about.

I find that for a good night of fun (when trying to stay away from E, not that I would ever do it) I take one ephedrine pill(mini thin) and two beers. Clean, legal, fairly safe, feel good, no head fuck. But I don't suggest anyone follow my example, and too much of anything can kill you.

BTW - Did you know that the new Vicks is weaker then the old style. They removed some ingredient. So save your old Vicks bottles.

i didn't know that! a lot of ppl i know take ephedrine to stay awake at clubs. the effects are nothing like e. it is one of the common ingredients of xenadrine, an over-the-counter drug. yeah ephedrine is REALLY bad for you but who is to say if it's worse than e or not?

I didn't mean to suggest one is completly safer then the other. Maybe if you were given 100% pure MDMA and only rolled once every three months it would be way safer then Ephedrine, but that's not the case.
A lot of People who drop E can't wait for their next time and end up abusing it. In fact, some poeple live for that next roll. I wish that E was negative free, but it's kinda like buying fun on credit. Don't get me wrong, E experiences can help a lot. They can be life changing, problem solving, mentally cleansing experiences if done correctly. That relationship problem that has been bothering you for weeks can present a completely clear picture of the solution.

The problem is, is that people don't look at it this way. They just want to roll and have a good time, all the time. Moderation is the key. Too much of anything will kill you.

I wish there was some cheap and non-negative side extacy drug out there
