this is where icon use to be great looking venue the new owners put about 3 million into the making of this new spot!

Tier is new -- it's basically a bottle club. If you don't have a table, you have like 10 square feet in which to party. Lol.

Very nice though. My friend did his bday party there -- had a blast, but we also had a table and 3 bottles of Ketel... Swank place, has a "Miami feel" to it.
