great tune man, kicking bassline in it. the only thing i can think of is your strings drop and pickup way too much, try narrowing down the sound between a few less cords.

I don't know if it's due to my headphones, but some of the really low freqs seem to be messed up and it's kind of disturbing... does anyone else have this problem with the tune? It's fairly nice, but I don't think it's better than your previous one, that one had a slightly catchier, but more simple main lead... But that's my choice of course
Take care,
Wim/LW

ive got someone else complaining about the low frequencies....so its very good possible that it is messed up, although i cant hear it on my own headphone and/or stereo:/

He John!
Ik heb net het liedje weer even geluisterd en ik vind hem heel cool. Heb je die wel helemaal zelf gemaakt? Bij mij gaat die bas ook af en toe een beetje kraken maar het liedje is echt goed man!
Ok..quite good ideas, but there are several things you could make better...bassline could be a touch louder, then the piano a little bit more reverb...
your lead sound is great and sounds very awesome professional ( what did you use to get it, don't tell me this just a subtractor ),
but the melody chord progression is not uplifting...listen to some Dumonde stuff ...then you know what I mean
this track could become a real anthem but work on the melody ( I know how it feels when people tell you to improve the melody, but it is worth a try )
But anyway good tune...

whoa lotsa replies
thanks all!! glad you like it
i will work on the melody trancevision..i wasnt really satisfied with that myself ill try the reverb on the piano and the bassline stuff (i hate basslines, cos i can never get a good one:S)
ohw and for the main synth i used 4 substractors (2left, 2 right) and 1 malstrom
en lindsey, ik heb em helemaal zelf gemaakt, nix geen remix dit keer
doei! xxx

Hey john I read your post in the Holland Forum, downloaded your production en enjoyed it.
I don't know anything about how to produce a number but I'd like it very much. Keep on going and let us hear your music

lets say 1 thing 1st: ur really improving!
-nice bassline
-the 1st synth that comez in could be a bit fatter
-nice strings!
-the break is very nice
-main melody + main lead also
-don`t like the snare that much when the full melody (i mean with bassline nd stuff) kicks in
-idd.. the frequenses.. but that can be solved with a bit of mastering
