I think anyone trying to find an inherent gender difference is going to fail, or point to isolated incidences and try to generalize those for a whole gender, which also fails.. Our brains aren't all that different, except by weight. Our thought process aren't all that different. Women aren't less aggressive/more nurturing "naturally", that's been socialized into women. Males aren't oversexed and ready to fight at a moment's notice, that's also been socialized.
Gender is only a big deal if you make it one, but it has been made one, which is unfortunate for those who simply don't identify with their biological sex.
