Canada has a quite high rate of immigration -- higher than the U.S.'s, relative to population, if I remember correctly. As far as Mexicans in particular, they are not among the top ten nationalities migrating to Canada:

where do you get your information. The only instance you could use is USA's dependency on exploiting cheap mexican labour and how that exploitation makes certain industries in the USA possible and the resulting blind eye to the immigration law. And that wouldn't show up in immigration statistics. I don't see anyone else lining up to be slaves.

I would also say that given what the USA has done to Mexico, perhaps a free pass although i wouldn't phrase it like is not so unwarranted.
