I am around, but there have not been many topics that have caught my attention lately. I've also been rather busy, so I have not had much time to read through threads that appear superficially uninteresting but may contain interesting content arising further into them. Finally, the ethical obligations of my current job limit my ability to publicly opine regarding a wide variety of subjects (basically anything that is or may be the subject of federal litigation).

The result of these factors is that I have not posted much here recently. Nor have I been posting much elsewhere.
