Track with Coughing

Yes I know, not a lot of help. But i just went to a 2 day NYE event and both days this song was played by quit a few separate DJ's. I don't remember any words to the song (there was I just can't remember them) all I know is occasionally who ever did the vocals coughed. Since it was played both days by various DJ's I figured it's a popular track.
