Yeah, it has some pacing issues in the final third or so. That said, I immensely enjoyed it anyway.
It is again a very clever film which uses and reworks some of the key blaxpoitation and western motifs (among others) to comment on a dark chapter of history. It's not such a masterpiece as Basterds, though.
