And u can take a pic of ur desktop by clicking Print Screen (this will copy the image to clipboard) and then go to some graphics program (like Paint) and click Edit -> Paste (Ctrl+V).
That should do it.

Get pcmark2002 its got alot of benchmarks for your comp. 3dmark for video cards.

another popular one is sisoft sandra for benchmarking cpu, memory, hd etc

if u want to benchmark 3d stuff (ie. games) get the 3dmark2001se from madonion
