Atlanta definitely has a solid EDM population. Ranging from DnB to minimal to trance to house. I haven't been out in almost a year though in terms of EDM Events. Not sure how the scene looks now. But last I was going...a lot of raver kids looking for candy.
Opera gets the big names. But then there's some newer places like the Quad. And my one friend keeps inviting me to events at this place called Rush Lounge. Haven't been there yet though. Maybe someone who hasn't become so disenchanted with the scene can name some other venues?

I like either underground techno or DJ Mag top 100.
And thanks to everyone for the replies. I'll definitely check all those places out.

I'm moving in August and want to plan ahead.

The Soundtable, with events from people like Cardio and Distinctive. Wiggle Factor also throws some great shows with a solid warehouse vibe.
