Cubase lag problem

Right,
Iv bin running cubase along with reason for a while and using a virus c to.

Basicly my delta44 soundcard has 8ms lag so when i run the virus alongside reason the virus lags by 8ms. I sorted this by putting a delay at the reaosn output set to 8ms so reason was in sync with the virus but now i want to use vst plugins and they run ahead of the virus, how can i increase the lag in the vst instruments so it is in sync with the virus?

Maybe the latency is not from the soundcard, but from the cpu not being fast enough. Running reason and cubase together is pretty strenuous on the computer

Hey there,

In the (midi) track inspector in Cubase, there's a parameter called delay.
Just change the value to the number of Miliseconds needed to offset your track.

Greetz,
