i would say acceptable by today's standards
as for the melody, it's not bad either

your main problem is that the track sounds super long-winded because there are no counter melodies
you need to focus on writing counter melodies
and they will help elevate your tracks to the point where other people might start liking them

EDIT: no need for counter melodies if being super long-winded and low energy is the style you're going for
