Apparently the tour organisers ran into some problems but they are still hoping to sort out some last-minute arrangement.

Sounds like a long shot to me though...

So I guess by now it's safe to assume it's not happening... what a bummer. All hyped up and nowhere to go... ...time to resurrect the 'pass the spliff' thread, methinks...
