The past year, US producer Eric Rigo has been active with various progressive house releases, but now he's ready with a 3-track EP called "12:10 To Kyoto" on Silk Sofa, consisting of three equally refreshing chillout cuts.

The first song, "Daydream", starts off with an array of soothing, delayed rhodes melodies, and soon thereafter, a soft breakbeat emerges. Mesmerizing vocal stabs appear in the background, while the light theme sound plays calm, refreshing notes.

"Giving Commands" begins with a lush piano line, as well as a male vocal stem. Soon, an arpeggio lead emerges, accompanied by a hypnotizing breakbeat and bassline combination. The break showcases the beautiful piano and arpeggio melodies, which unite tremendously well.

"Slow Motion" finalizes the package. A slow groove is quickly established, comprised of quirky background effects, a calm breakbeat, and soothing rhodes and piano melodies. The guitar theme riff unites beautifully with the other elements in the mix, and the numerous sound effects keep inspiring the listener.
