Can anyone ID this tune? (dark tribal prog)

it's probably older, dude was playing this on vinyl during the day at a festival.. this was all i was able to capture with my camera. Anyone recognize?

Yeah it was in Wisconsin, NCN campground in black river falls. I believe the guy playing was named Doug Ireland
