It's about 10 years old or so. A male with a low tone says/sings "The sunshine..." and then the beat starts. Anyone know what it could be?

Closest I can come to that is:

But he says more than "The sunshine" at the beginning of the tune.

Trying to think of any tune which mentions "The Sunshine ..." and maybe Marc et Claude - I Need Your Lovin' (Like The Sunshine) (Dark Moon Vocal Remix).
Awesome remix and samples the old Korgis tune, Everybody's Got Learn Sometime.
Nice track, though.
