When do you think NCG will close? Will NCG ever close? The condos going up around there are gonna get fed up eventually and my bet is that NCG will be forced to abandon.

Not bad after literally sucking every dollar out of the city. Doesn't even begin to mention the monopoly that the club has on the city. I mean, can you name one other "big" club in Montreal?

Can you imagine how much money will be distributed to other venues once the club closes.

I don't see a lot of crossover between the two personally. The YOLO crowd and house/techno heads are tuned into different things imo.
