At any rate; fantastic track. This was definitely the standout track on one of the Tiesto mixes I first heard it on a long time ago.

It was actually really clever to only sample the first few bars of this tune. When it goes into the chorus, it turns into a bog standard 80s soft rock ballad, but before that, due to the piano and the lyrics, it has a pretty dark and ambiguous feel. Works well with the kind of trance Marco Iletschko was making at the time.
