so i post up thread 4:30 in the mourning and i get fast replies by the same time zone. this never happens on other forums and im wondering what times do you people sleep? i sleep around 5:00 AM average. i seriously need to change my sleeping schedule. see what internet forums do to you!

When there's school next day I try to go to bed before 2am
When there's no school I usually go to bed between midnight and 6am

I've gotten so used to other peoples time zones that I can hardly go to sleep before midnight anymore

Right now I have classes in the morning that I need to go to. So My sleeping routine is pretty regular. But when I have nothing to do.
I'm usually up all night and sleep during the day.

hmm...if no school the next day...usually about 5:30-6am
(wake up around midday-1pm usually)

if school...about 3:30-4am...unfortunately for a 9am wakeup...=very long day at school

Lol, i go to sleep about 11-11:30pm cos if i went to sleep at about 3:30 i would be dead in the morning when i get up and would end up sleeping in the middle of a math's lesson!!!

I have class during the day and I work night shift....so I don't go to bed untill 3-4 am.

I go to sleep anywhere between 00:00 (Midnight) and 08:00 (US Eastern Time) if there's no school/work the next day. Is I need to be anywhere the next day, I get to bed around 22:00 - 00:30...

if i have nothing to do..i go to bed at around 4am to 7am...wake up around 2 or 3pm (yah im a lazy fuck)
