Would like to rip some live sets from a netradiostation but dunno how
Any suggestons welcome with which programs is it possible and a few n00bie tips maybe.. & there's always the help section, so would appreciate if u would give me some prog-names

Do the mp3 recorders just allow you to download streams on the websites they provide you?

the program "total recorder" will record streaming audio from the net
it only records in wave format but then you can encode it, into a mp3 with a program called "yamp"
i use streamripper personally... so easy + its free

U can put a limit on it though u can make it record for ever. its very good for me works fine and never crashes or anything

im really not to sure with that program, cos when i got downloaded it i as only able to record for 10 secs.
im now using streamripper for winamp. its very good.
