I haven't used either of these myself, but I will say the 1st one looks to be far better; you have way more room for seating positions (and the first one looks restricted) and it also looks way better constructed.
Don't let the keyboard be a deal breaker - it's piss easy to install an aftermarket one or even make one yourself to be added.

Re: Looking for a decent desk.
I have the Creation Station, which is the older, bigger brother to this one. I've had it for 6 years or so and it's been a great desk, considering the price. That said, I think tehlord and RANN's suggestions are good - if you don't need the rack space or speaker platforms, look for a decent office desk and add a keyboard tray.
One thing to consider, though, is the height of your video monitor(s). Many of the dedicated studio desks have monitor stands that elevate your monitor too high, such that you're looking up at them. That's not ideal, and obviously there's no way to lower them. With an office desk/table, you can elevate the monitors to the proper viewing angle using the monitor's own built-in stand and/or a cheap video monitor stand (or books, etc.). I personally use my Creation Station as a music workstation only, and have my computer at a separate desk. The monitor stand is too high on the Creation Station IMO.
