What synth are you using? To me, it sounds like a regular acid sound ran through some distortion.
Make a basic 303 patch with a saw and a square wave, set the filter to low pass, the filter cutoff to about 11 o'clock, and the resonance to 3 o'clock. Add delay and reverb to your liking and adjust the cutoff and resonance values to get the desired didgeridoo effect.
You can also link your velocity to filter cutoff to get some nice squelches.
