I never had much interest in it, but then got a Black Friday steal on it a little over a year ago, and now I use it all the time to finalize my mixdowns. I'm not a fan of using it in my projects (e.g., on tracks, or my master bus), but I like it for final treatment of the bounced down stereo .wav (I use it in Wavelab). I agree that the reverb isn't that great, but I like all the other modules. I think it's a good all-in-one tool, especially if you can get it cheap.
You could arguably get as much or more out of something like Wavelab Elements or Sony Sound Forge Audio Study (i.e., cut-down versions of Wavelab and SF11) with all of their included plugins plus whatever third-party plugins you already have, and that would possibly save you some cash.
