im not encouraging you to abuse your car/driving laws but...

what kind of car FWD? RWD? AWD?

basically your best friend is the handbrake, and usually its not the best idea to use it on pavement unless you want it to not work properly afterwards...or just completely break. turning is your other best friend.

turning(continuous), a bit of speed, and then a tap of handbrake should get you going. if the car is RWD, you wanna try to use power to slide, but get the clutch in if it gets away from you.

once you get the car loose...you need to get used to countersteer. often you can just release the steering wheel and the wheels\car will try to go straight, rather into a fence or tree.

donuts are AWD/4WD/RWD cars only. dont try to do reverse donuts in a FWD car...you WILL break the suspension.

the ideal solution for figuring this all out is to get a shitty Subaru, take it to a parking lot or empty dirt road and have at it. just dont get ahead of yourself. some cars like drifts, some take a lot of work. dunno if that helps|

Cant argue with that. Nothing is more fun then takeing a 180 degree turn at 65 mp/h sideways.

Wheelspinning or burning out in a FWD car is easy, yank on the handbrake as hard as u can and drop the clutch while in 1st gear, if ur car has the power u can go up thru the gears, RWD is another matter unless u got a inline brakelock which allows u to lock the brakes on the front wheels and then u do the same thing, engage 1st and dump the clutch, otherwise u have to use your left foot on the clutch and your right foot on the gas and brake pedal, car brakes are always biased to the rear wheels, so by using ur right foot with the right pressures on the brake and gas, u can light up the rear tyres.

Donutting your car esp if its RWD is easy, get the power on in a str8 line, then hook the handbrake up a tad to get the slide with full lock on the steering, after that it takes the right amount of power to keep it going, this u will have to judge for yourself.

i used to own a Ford Escort RS Turbo Mk4 and donutted that in reverse many times, donutting a FWD car is so easy, full lock on, handbrake up as high as it will go and drop the clutch, in reverse of course
my suspension was uprated and took the punishment very well.

remember thou u are revving your engine at a very high rate, esp in low gears, it will tend to get hot very quickly, if its low on oil, ur going to cook it, same with water, for burnouts pop the bonnet so its on the catch to get some more air under there, in my RS Turbo i had 2 fans with both controlled from the dash so when i used to do burnout comps i could keep the engine cool.

My RS Turbo is featured on a Max Power Video, Live & Unleashed @ Brands Hatch, where a friend and i (he had a Mk2 escort RS2000) and myself did a burnout exhibition. Mine is the white RS Turbo with the blue strobes under the bonnet lol.

we both performed a static burn out until both tyres exploded, the mess an exploded tyre creates to your paintwork is severe, he blew his water cooler and i blew a hole in the sump, and our cars were modifed to do this, so a standard car, BEWARE, u can seriously damage its health.

heheheh

i broke my handbrake doing this kinda fun

fwd is a bit more tricky than rwd...but do it on a wet surface & u can spin further ...managed a 270º spin in my crappy 1.8L...was going for a full 360, but i guess wasn't going fast enuff or something ...maybe i gotta change gears quicker and chuck it in reverse or something too

err..accord is fwd
