Renaming The MP3s??

Hi Guys, Well.. Ive been ripping some of my Vinyls, but the work of renaming thems is a little Hard, I had a program called File and mp3 Renamer, but the program Expired, I basically need a Program that Put a name to the file taking the name from the ID3 tag on the mp3.

By Exaple: I have a file called: Track01.mp3, and the tag is
Artist: Armin Van Burren
Title: Sunspot

so.. the new Filename should be: Armin Van Burren - Sunspot.mp3

So.. can some1 help me here please?

Thanks in ADvance, Later.

what operating system do you have? if its windows, in explorer you just click on the file and select rename and type in the new name. if you wanna change the mp3 tag, you can pretty much do this within any mp3 player program. winamp works pretty well.

Hi, Well I Have Windows XP, I actually can Rename Files Manually but with many Files(Over 500 files) is just an Impossible work for me since it takes too time, There are Program to do that, I have all my tracks Tagged but the some filanames are not right, So.. A program that will put all filanmes to many files that are tagged is what im looking for, I know that the File and MP3 Renamer do that, But i downloaded a demo and it expired, so any other program is Welcome, I hope now you understand what im looking for.

actually wiht windows xp i think you can just rightclik and rename the file... and if you want to change the tag, rightclick and go to properties, click on the summary tab and click on the advanced button on the bottom. is that what youre talking about? it works for me, anyhow. i dont like installing msc programs liek that, they jsut take up room.

Well I'm assuming that if the program expired that it was on a timelimit, like a 30 day trial or something. If that's the case don't tell anyone but here's a really simple way to get around that: Just double click the clock on your start bar in the bottom right of your screen and it will bring up a window with the date and such. Set the date back to a day when it wasn't expired (push it back a year and you'll be fine) then use the program. When you're done just set the date back to this year.

Better yet, before you install the program, set the date to the year 2010 and install the program. After its installed, turn your clock back to the current date, and you'll never have to switch it again.
