I'm in the Army now

Hi all. I have finnally finnished my basic training for the Canadian military. It was a horrible 11 weeks. Now I am out in Gagetown New Brunswick were I do my 14 week soldier qualification course followed by a 10 week armoured couse in which I get to learn to opperate tanks such as the leppard, coyote, lav 3, and many more. I am having a blast and I wish I could get more chances to come tell yous all about it. I miss chatting with all of you that may remember me.

Us Canadians have JTF2. It's like the Deltas. Our government denies it exist. Rumors has it that the JTF2's anthem song is Here comes the Sandman by Metallica

Congrats! My brother is a liuetenent in Armour Division, a tank commander. Have fun cleaning those big ones! LOL! Being in Armoury has a sense of belonging I guess....but they are pretty strict on stuff....so you better watch your ass..lol.

I myself have been through 2.5 years of military...mandatory though...

Have fun...post some pics....if you can manage a camera smuggled in...

Cheers

just a quick little interesting note,
the British SAS is what the US modeled its special forces after,
and the SAS do a lot of US special force training.

I have only good things to say about those SAS i've dealt with.
