Where can I make guitar sounds like this in the video, starts at 1:35.
Do i need an electric guitar and mic or is there a Audio Unit that can replicate this type of sound?
Thanks in advance.

You need a Gibson custom with di split to Mesa head and custom 2x12 cabinet using different speakers. 4 mics , 2 57s and 2 condensers , either 414 or at 4030. The 57.s , try a combination of off centre and centre as well as 1 condenser in the middle and one behind if it is an open back.
Should cost you around 10 k.
Or assume that this guy is like 99% of EDM producers fimdscthe concept of recording real things let alone playing them black magic. I bet even nexus has a preset. Or prominy, ample sounds , ilya
Yup. But yu can use normal mic pres, but given your ear for quality, I would probably get 4 golden age 1073 clone pres and their eq Unitas well for maximum analog.
But ya, everything but the pres so rather standard for guitar.
L4C is just fucking with you. You can make these sounds with any guitar library and Guitar Rig. You could probably get close with a synth even. There's not much in the way of articulation in either of them.

im using this sound library from camel audio its easy to usse and i think it will give you the sounds you are looking for
You could probably do it with a high gain distortion on a fairly simple saw-based patch and sound pretty close. Keep release on the envelope down to avoid too much note overlap. Worth experimenting
