I believe it was group maybe mid 2000 when i first heard some of their songs. They were Swedish from my knowledge.

some songs had lyrics were something like "take me to the promise land"
maybe another song "ocean"

Maybe the Belgian project, Milk Inc., which had two tunes around that time called Oceans and Promise.
