would you prefer enjoying a wicked song that you didn't know, or is it a better experience if you know the song?

With most songs, the more you listen to them the more you like them. But at the same time, I love it when I hear a new tune and something clicks inside me which just says "this is a wicked tune".
For instance I listened to the vinyl Human Evolution - Human evolution a couple of months back for the first time in Dance Arena. First time I heard it I went, hey this is pretty cool. Then I listened to it again the song began to grow on me. (vocal mix is way better than the original BTW)
A lot of songs grow on me. For instance, first time I heard DJ Tiesto - Urban train and DT8 - Destination, I didn't like them, but now I think they're both absolutely killer tunes.

Well I love hearing a wicked tune when I'm out and I can say "damn, this dj rox" but ONLY if there's a chance of me getting the track name.....if I'm never gonna hear it again it's more depressing than cool
but if I know the song I go off! all my dancing is attune to the song....

the ecstacy of enjoyment seems to lessen for me the more i hear it, but i spose thatz coz i have it on md, and so far my live set collections and single trax are very limited coz im still new, so i basicly listen to the same song quite a fews times per day... does this happen 2 u guyz as in: does the spine tingling sensation/experience seem to lessen the more u hear the same track? or does this only happen to the best of us ?

if i were to hear Dreamland or Aloa P, Live (esp. if it was @ the end of one of pvd's sets) i would just lay down and fall into a coma, in which i would continuously re-live the experience

both.
When I was at Slinky at Gas I heard Gary White play Skywalker 2000 - Kai Tracid. And I knew that track and because I knew it. It was just awesome.
But
At the same time a couple of months ago I was at ARQ and Paul Goodyear dropped: Solar Stone - Seven Cities (Michael Woods Remix) which I hadn't heard before and oh my gosh that was amazing!
