I remember listening to it all the way back in the early 2000s and the song starts out with the lyrics "I need somebody who can move", taken from the song above, but those are the only lyrics in the entire song if I can remember correctly. Hope it rings a bell for someone.

Found it! Except it doesn't have any lyrics from Someone by Ascension (which is fine, because the version I originally heard only used one line from Someone I think). A lot of you are probably familiar with this song, it's XPander by Sasha. A true classic!
