Autumn Tactics?
Well I don't know if Chicane has a BRAND NEW track out, but seeings you didn't exclude "Autumn Tactics" I'm going to say that. I'm pretty sure that's their latest release, but it has been out for some time now.

if it is red skies then thats not new at all it was released on the offshore album in 1997. i havent heard of any new releases by nick bracegirdle so its most likely an old song you've never heard before

The "Warm Weather" tune by Chris Bangs featuring Rita Campbell has been out for some time now. Perhaps you heard the Solar Stone Remix? That was a lovely flowing remix, much like some of Chicane's work.
