Its quite nice sounds i like them. What Vst you using..presets?

The kick pounds through the mix very well, GJ.

Its pro sounding to me in terms of production and in terms of sounds and structure.

How long you been doing it for.

I would listen if was on trance mix cd for sure.

Bit short though but WIP.

What hi hat samples u using? they got fx on them? I need some good his

Well overall i enjoyed it and cant fault it. Though I think it would be better if the siren type noise riff starting at 1:00 changed key/notes to follow the chord progression or even its own melodic progression rather than being same note drone effect as it gets a bit annoying.

any chance u can take a look at track i just made
cheers

Oiiii. Thanks for the words, means a lot.
I pretty much use sylenth and massive exclusively. That siren type sound is a preset from the Sean Tyas sound bank from Freshly Squeezed Samples. The sub is from some sample pack, but its like a one oscillator 8 voice patch and thats pretty much it; I'm too lazy sometimes. Other than that I make up everything myself. Not necessary but a good skill to have, and something that I'll always work on.

This has become my biggest thing, every time someone has a track with the kick lacking it drives me nuts.
I'll have to get back to you on what samples they are. Everything I use can pretty much be summed up to Vengance, Black Octopus, and FSS (specifically the Activa pack). There aren't any fx, just a tad of reverb and eq cuts. It's the two layered throughout the song that makes it sound a bit nicer I find.
May was my two year mark this year, but still a long way to go! Thanks again. I'll check out your song sometime this week and get back to you with a pm.

cool...got links to your other work or SC page?

U dont have much chords playing do u?

I was thinking listening to my songs theres to much sounds messing it up but often i play pad/chords during the mix and i think all my stuff drowns my songs.

But maybe you dont always need chords/pads in the back?

U can just have arps/melodies/bass/beat? Maybe u have chords but i cant hear them lol

I don't post anything on it. No point if it's not top notch imo.
Not yet no. I have some chords but just the pluck you hear later on. You definitely don't always need big pads. Honestly it depends on the track and what you're trying to accomplish. I'll PM you another link for my song before this one. It has crazy pads in the break and then some pumping after the "drop"
