Can you create supernova 2 sounds in a jp 8000?

So i have a jp 8080 i will get a supernova eventually but for now i'd like to know if the jp is able to do those sounds, i'm talking about lush pads, crystal clear arps, drones. dream trance/chill out/ambient kind of stuff
This demo explains it pretty well.

For the most part yes, although all synths sounds slightly different even with identical settings.

Yes. I've made some cool drones with the feedback osc. Your options also increase if you're able to do post-processing on your patch.

Some of the arp noises are very "Supernova" -ish, I haven't heard any similar sounds come out of my JP8080.

As tehlord said, each synth has its own sound. The oscillators, filters, effects, modulation of each synth are different. There is no "this synth can sound like any other synth" out there. If you like the sounds in that SN2 demo, the most straightforward way to get them is to buy a SN2, if your budget allows for it.
