Almost all anime theme songs are cheese filled trance melodic female happy bubble gum nightmares. Not to sound like a jack ass, but your description of the song your looking for is like saying, 'hey, anybody know that car, you know, the one with 4 wheels?'

I used to be into HHC years ago.......and good luck finding 'a' song with Jap vocals.....there are plenty out there
