1, Well DAW's aren't exactly programmed with GUI's in mind so actually having a clearer image of them is not really a benefit, but I do know what you're getting at. Most people don't understand that the clearer the image the less fatigue and with anything hour intensive like that, the more the better (or vice versa). So yes, it's nice but really not going to make us audio people drop $2499 on the base model, before tax.
2, I think the fusion drive thing is nothing more than a bridge technology; Apple can't compete with aftermarket SSD's at a fraction of the cost so their solution is to push a half technology. In 10 years time it will all be large SSD's, none of this "we used a small SSD on the front end to give you speed and a HDD to give you capacity". It's like hybrid cars now - they are a bridge (and a weak one at that) the let the car companies have some kind of offering that's both environmentally and oil lobbyist friendly until they finally admit defeat. in 30 years, most people in developed nations will be (back to) driving electric cars.
3, How about a significant upgrade on onboard audio chips? They could do it so easily to the point it would drop the bottom out of the entry level audio interface market or push audio manufacturers to up their game.

Fusion actually works though... have you used it? It's crazy how much it improves the experience of using the machine. I mean, of course it's a bridge technology, but the panel in that iMac cost Apple so much that they don't exactly have wiggle room on the price to maintain margins. Dell's new 5k monitor is the *same price.* $2500.
As for the onboard audio, I mean, okay, sure, but I do think this is a case of realizing that that market, in the grand scheme of things, couldn't matter less to Apple. The people that need a solution have one. So yeah, Apple could easily do it, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
