house track trus'me - i want you (alan fitzpatrick remix)

my favourite sets were by luke slater, robert hood. followed closely by papa sven, joey beltram, hernan both times, guy gerber.

most fun party, hard to say, luke slater madness was dope shoes off dance circle sven vath at EI i was retarded drunk and loving it.

biggest disappointments were adam beyer playing boring tech house and ricardo villalobos being too fucked up to mix a record (props to sneak and doc martin who actually played dope the whole night and into much of ricardos time slot)

Favourite set this year was Michael Mayer and Maceo Plex b2b at St. Andrews Hall in Detroit. It wasn't the most cohesive set, but overall it was amazing. Digweed at Guv this month was also really good.. the last two hours were on point.

In terms of favourite tracks, it's hard to narrow down to one.. but these three have really resonated with me.. especially Stars by Barry Jamieson. I'd always fast forward Sasha's Emission of Lights and Sound CD to the part with it.. and after 7 years, the ambient version and a club version were finally released as singles. The quality on the soundcloud upload isn't the best, but it's good enough for posting.

Top 3 for me in 2014. Will have to thin long and hard about the other two though -_- I haven't done a lot of digital purchases as my money as been going almost completely towards vinyl. Needless to say I've probably missed a lot of quality digital releases.

just as early as the deep dish roll call =), i was going to title the thread thus far but meh just about 11/12s done the year i don't predict any significant surprises relating to bomb songs and or shows.
