With Movement Detroit (DEMF) approaching and the subsequent meet up of TAs, I've been thinking about how different people are from how I imagine them to be.

I always concoct some idea of how TAs look, act, talk, etc....but based on what, really? How they post? Their choice of avatar? Their location? I don't even consciously do it, I just realize one day I have formed an idea of what TAs I've never met look/act like and I assign their personalities to a physical manifestation, lol.


Do you guys do this? How do you imagine other TAs to be?


It's funny - I know what Jay looks like, but ever since hearing his voice I can only ever picture him physically manifested as this guy:

Jay is 100 feet tall and routinely throws shoes at David Guetta.

Eric was exactly who I expected him to be lol.

You were spot on as well, maybe a tad nicer IRL but I dno.

Fledz was OP, but I didn't really interact with him at all prior to meeting him.

Actually come to think of it, all the TA's I've met (kotsy/adam/jad/jen/eric/fledz/others?) were pretty much what I imagined they would be IRL. Weird I guess

There actually aren't that many TAs who I don't already know what they look like, now that I think about it.

The vast majority of you are just abstractions to me. I lack imagination.

I was kinda hard to guess because I wasn't really active nor known around TA.
