That sucks. I'm pissed because I've been wanting to see Edgar V the past couple of weeks and now it looks like it may be a long time...

This could only be for a reason... Not enough people, not enough money made on that night.

Obviously, there is some money, but not what Space wants to make. If they have closed for Friday, or even just change from Trance to lets say hip hop or house or whatever, its because they were not pulling through the numbers that they wanted to see.

What kinda sucks is that their is a small crowd dedicated to Trance in South Florida. Most people that were into Trance sice 98 were kinda going along with the Trend, cause where are those people now? Many say "trance is old"..... Well, if you like it, you woudn't really worry about it being old, cause there are many new productions being released, and obviously there is a lot of new artists and DJs.

That pretty much sucks ass.

Im not even upset at Club Space, cause business is business just like any other club. A mainstream club will display what people demand "most" of.

Even though this has happened, there are other good things that can come out of it.
If a big club like Space does not provide Trance on Fridays, they who will? Obviously, there is a crowd that does like Trance in South Florida, and there arent that many places dedicated to it. Well, this may give an opportunity for another small club to make an attempt, or even better yet, this can expand the underground scene. I know that I've been waiting, but actually trying to get my shit together (moneywise), to run a venue for a night of the week.

Well, Club Space seems more popular on saturday nights cause they have what is called, The Housesessions, Every Saturdays, there resident DJs spin lots of house and progressive, However, they do get guest DJ to spin on saturdays from time to time, This saturday, Anthony Pappa is gonna be live at Space, And will most likely be heard on the radio, I just hope they dont get Anthony Pappa on the decks on the last minute being that the radio only broadcast from midnight til 3am estern time, If you guys remember when Tiesto came on the last hour of the broadcast last week, He was only broadcasted for 1 hour, Not only that, The broadcast was short cause they go to comercials about 10 minutes before the hour is over and that ripped that I posted on Audiobeats.com was only 48 minutes, Whats even worst, Is that anoying MC.
