Ok I am Dutch, but the best trance is made in Germany. That is why my top 5 of best trance songs is:

1. Paul van Dyk - For an angel (1998) *Unofficial Loveparade anthem, sweet sounds and great musicvideo. Damn, this songs always turns my soul on fire. PVD really is (one of) the best d.j./producer/remixers around.

2. Blank & Jones - Cream (1999)*This song has it al. Great work by those guys from Cologne. Everything they make is gold, but this one made me a big fan. Can't wait see them play at Mayday (new album coming 12th of may)!!!

3. Dumonde - See the light (1999) *Yes, 1999 was a great year in trance. 'See the light' is what "Dominator" is to the hardcore scene. Dumonde always kicks ass.

4. Sunbeam - Outside world (1999) *Wow, that sample of "Akira" does it all. If you don't like this song you'd better start buying Snoop Dogg albums haha.

5. Kai Tracid - Destiny's Path (1999) *Oh fuck this song is emotional! This guy knows how to make great music!

Being trance/techno/gabber/hardcore addict since 1990 I realise I did'nt mention for example Moby - Go etc. But these 5 I just can't stop listening to.
