Angry synth (my attempt at the end + Reason file)

I am trying to make this angry synth sound with Reason.
Here is the original sound and at the very very end is my attempt.

Here is the reason combinator patch I made (I used Reason factory sounds + did some alternation to them):

What should I do to make it more "angry"?
Should I ad more synths or what is your suggestion to improve my sound?

Edit:
Do you think my notes are correct in my attempt? The little melody lift is maybe not 100% correct?

Just use a standard supersaw on it.

Ok, I will try that! I will look up some tutorial how to make supersaw.
