Winamp Alarm Clock?

Does anyone know how i can make my winamp start up at a certain time?

I know there are plugins for this, but i'm not sure what is a good one, i want to record a radio set tonight when i won't be here, and i need it to turn on AND off at the right time, is that possible?

Yeah, but i don't think i can make it actually hit play using the windows scheduler.

and then, i'd still need to stop it.
but, i think i could use something like this for that:

1- download winamp 3 ewwwwwww
2- search the settings for a checkbox saying something like auto play on launch
3- windows task scheduler

edit: make sure you have your recording plug in working automatically too,

and just chop off what you don' need off the end later

Winamp itself doesn't record, u need to get a recording plug-in for that, something like streamripper for recording streams, etc..

in the schedule task window add a new task, click Browse to find the program you want to run, instead of program choose the mp3 file, finish setting up the time etc... when the time comes, windows will run the mp3 and load the associated in registry program to run it.

Hope this helps.. ;o)

P.S. make sure to turn the volume of sound down cause oyu'll jump in the morning if it's too..

Yeah, thanks for the help. i might be able to make it run that mp3, or rather that stream, it's a radio address remember.

but, i still can't figure a way to make it stop.. i can't just leave it on, and cut off what i don't want that will be like 10 hours, my HDD will be full!
